The person in charge of the personal information collected by tchamba.ktmasolutions.com is Tchamba – Conseil & Solutions, an independent consultant based in Québec (Canada), who can be reached at contact@ktmasolutions.com.

When you use the contact form, the following information is stored in the site’s administration tool:

• Name, email address and, if you provide them, company and phone number
• Project type, subject, indicative budget and message
• Page from which the form was sent, and the date and time of submission and of your consent
• An encrypted fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, used to limit abuse; the IP address itself is not stored

Other forms are available on the site; each one collects only what the request requires:

• Testimonial: name, email address, optional role and company, message, rating and any attached file.
• A testimonial is only published after manual review, with your name, role and company if you provided them; your email is never published.
• Blog newsletter sign-up: email address, language and the page you signed up from. A confirmation email is sent to you.
• Résumé request: name, email address, optional phone number and message. The request is recorded and reviewed personally.
• The résumé is sent by email only after the request has been approved; if it is declined, you are notified by email, with a reason where applicable.

This information is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a potential collaboration, moderate testimonials, send the newsletter you subscribed to and protect the site against abuse. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising purposes.

Requests submitted through a form may trigger an email notification to the site’s contact address and an acknowledgement of receipt to the address you provided. These emails are sent through a professional email service.

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on the steps necessary to respond to your request or prepare a collaboration.

Your information is shared only with the technical service providers strictly necessary for the site to operate: professional, secure cloud hosting for the site and its database, and an email service. It is never sold or transferred.

There is no automatic deletion. Messages, résumé requests, testimonials and sign-ups are kept in the site’s administration tool for as long as they are needed to follow up on the request or the relationship, and are then deleted manually. You may request their deletion at any time. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

By default, the site uses only necessary cookies. The optional categories in the cookie banner (preferences, statistics, marketing) are enabled only with your consent; no audience measurement tools or advertising cookies are currently used. The site stores:

• Your cookie consent choice (“tchamba_cookie_consent” cookie and local storage, 180 days)
• Your preferred language if you switch languages (“tchamba_locale” cookie and local storage, 1 year)
• During your visit only, your progress in the résumé search tool (browser session storage)

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and hosted on secure, monitored infrastructure. Access to the administration tool is restricted to authorized persons, data is backed up daily, and the public forms cannot be used to read data already submitted.

Some technical service providers may process data outside Québec or Canada. These transfers are limited to what is strictly necessary and rely on recognized providers that apply appropriate security measures.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@ktmasolutions.com. You may be asked to reasonably verify your identity. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may contact the competent personal information protection authority.

This policy is updated whenever the site’s practices change. The date of the latest update indicates the version in force.
